At the height of more than 400 meters of the tallest building in Vietnam, the bustling workers finish the remaining items. This is also the most impressive work in their many years of construction. Inside the Landmark 81, the tallest building in Vietnam with  hight over 460 meters, more than 2,000 workers are sprinting with 3 shifts per day to put into operation in January 2019.

The Landmark 81 is  built right located in the urban center of Vinhomes Central Park, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City. Construction is sprinting day finish to put into operation in January 2019.

The 60.8 meter spire tower is being completed, bringing the total height of this building to 461.2 meters, becoming the tallest building in Vietnam and make it into the top 10 tallest building in the world.

At the top of the building, the workers of the contractors hurried work on each item. To complete the raw work, Coteccons has used over 170,000 m3 of concrete, 52,000 tonnes of steel (including 4,000 tonnes of S460).

Mr. Khanh is an engineer who installs the LED system outside the building, he is proud to be the direct participant. This is his the most impressive work in many years of his carrer.

“I just finished building Sai Gon Center then to Landmark construction immediately. I have done a lot of high-rise projects in the city for over 15 years, but perhaps the Landmark 81 is the most impressive work of my life. And I am very happy to have contributed to this unique building”. The engineer has just shared a safety belt for the worker.

From inside the top area, the construction workers are hovering over the iron frames, the glass. According to Coteccon’s management, this engineers team has worked hard to overcome many difficulties in the process of construction. In addition, the Landmark 81 tower used the most difficult and complex construction methods compared to other projects, especially the tunnel construction and the high altitude.
