Job Description: 

  1. Check the contents of the stock receipt and stock issue of the Department of Materials and related parts.
  2. When returning or returning goods must directly receive and supervise goods when the goods up or down the correct number of categories, suppliers or not?
  3. When goods are stored in the warehouse must be neatly arranged, whichever comes first, then the first, and must paint map the warehouse for the location of goods still exist in the warehouse.
  4. Monthly inspection of goods shall be checked with the accountant of the project for timely handling of unsold and missing goods.
  5. Provide data and materials related to raw materials at the warehouse when have requested by Chief Accountant and Board of Directors.
  6. Participate in the inventory of materials, tools and the liquidation of materials and equipment of the company.
  7. Security guidelines required.
  8. Other occasional jobs.

Job Requirements:

  1. Gender, Age, Appearance and Health: Male or Female, over 25 years old, normal, good.
  2. Foreign language and computer skills: Word, Excel and specialized accounting software.
  3. Competencies and skills: Proficient in accounting, proficient in office software and specialized accounting software, understanding and understanding the law on accounting principles and standards, accounting.
  4. Years of work experience: 6 years.
  5. Years of experience required in work: 3 years
  6. Other requirements (if any):have a sense of responsibility, work pressure.
  7. Prior experience in the construction industry and have appearance.
